As an MIT Systems Engineer with 4 degrees, he began to notice patterns in voting anomalies. He began investigating. He went to the Secretary of State's office to get the paper ballot images. All the ballot images had been deleted. He formally made a FOIA. The FOIA response was the ballot images don't need to be saved, don't have them... which is a bold face lie because the 'default setting' is to SAVE ALL IMAGES! THEY DELETED THEM!

Dr. Shiva, as a US Senator Candidate was then thrown off Twitter, for posting FOIA results, critiquing election officials. His campaign was 'stop election fraud.' The Secretary of State said 'they had contacted Twitter to silence me!" ~ Dr. Shiva Repeat: A government official CONTACTED Twitter to censor Dr. Shiva.
So, Dr. Shiva sued. October 30, 2020 hearing for 4.5 hours unveiled 'A trusted Twitter partnership!' They have a partner support portal to Big Tech! Dr. Shiva got an injunction. Dr. Shiva also discovered the National Association of State Election Directors of ALL 50 states targets political opponents. This proves Twitter is NOT a private company but an extension of government. And NOT just ALL government but political opponents.
