This is Mr. Grabher... this car plate is his family's property -- its a customized name plate for a vehicle .... he bought this plate for his father over 25 years ago .. the government has decided now that his plate is 'upsetting' .. years ago his father drove around with this car plate on his vehicle... the plate was gifted to his father by his son ... this plate was a 65th birthday present from son to father ..... this man is proud of his family name ..
