Sarah Rideout presented at the beginning of the council meeting as follows:
"That's great.. oh this works really well..... so I can start anytime... Good evening honourable council members and fellow community members.. I'd like to begin by sharing a passage from Luke chapter 8 verse 17 'for nothing is secret that will not be revealed nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light' .. this is where we find ourselves with the soft disclosure that has been put in front of us for the last five years in particular.. over the last past five years what we called the pandemic was not truly about a virus instead it revealed the deep control woven through every system - education, healthcare, politics, business and finance at every level from local to global. Behind the scenes there has been a covert military operation working for decades to cleanse the earth of darkness and deception that has held humanity captive and in slavery throughout the systems of control. Central to the Q plan and the work behind the scenes has always been the children. This truth is about protecting God's beautiful children from horrific evils, human trafficking, andrenachrome, organ harvesting, money laundering and all forms of darkness. It is through caring for these children that humanity will find unity and healing across every divide. We are sovereign beings created in the divine image of God and that truth demands respect and freedom. As we face these challenges and truths I hold on to the promise in Jeremiah 29 verse 11 "for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future this is the hope and truth we must hold on to as we move forward together during this time of disclosure. I thank you for your time. Thank you."
