2018 update:  Sweden's Goran Adamson advises me that he has another book coming out with a great title... very powerful .. "Masochist Nationalism - Multicultural Self-hatred and the Infatuation with the Exotic"  .. he is based in Europe but teaches in different places around the world.. he has compared himself to a Swedish Ricardo Duchesne, a best-selling Canadian author and professor at UNB.
