Any race can be proud of their culture, defend their culture, speak freely EXCEPT for whites. Lgbt holds parades everywhere, we have black lives matter marching around, all non white groups have associations on university campuses EXCEPT for whites. Why is it racist when ...
"Global News" & "CBC" both deliver coordinated "hit pieces" on long time UNB Prof. Ricardo Duchesne wrecklessly describing him as a 'white supremicist' and Matthew Sears cheers on this witch hunt against his fellow UNB senior professor & best-selling author.
The truth that disturbs Matthew Sears is that Canadians are waking up to the issues and problems concerning mass immigration and multiculturalism and if he thinks their voices are all going to go away he is kidding himself..
Wondering why Matthew does it? Its obviously envy of Duchesne's success. I also think Sears' childish behaviour on Twitter is pathetic and weak and he will never debate ideas because he is an ideologue. As Sears likes to fancy himself a great advocate for 'what's right' it turns out what he really is is a commi bolshevik spewing day and night online his version of reality and what are the allowed & only "acceptable opinions"; so really there is no place for this level of thought policing in academia and I really hope that he is chastised for his efforts at creating unrest and discord on and off campus and putting Duchesne at risk in the 'community' of social justice 'minions' who target and destroy careers daily with mobs of haters. University is supposed to be a great place to discuss different ideas but its not its obviously a place to train people to have only certain ideas; that's oppressive. Free speech is worth fighting for unless you fear losing your job - if that's the case just sit back white folks and wait for your 'white privilege' lecture and eventual removal from your position by the social justice attack dogs...
A university is not its administration or its PR policy. It's a community of scholars, students, and staff working to create and disseminate knowledge for the public good. @UNB is just such a community, and I am privileged to have so many wonderful colleagues and students.

Thank you Janice Fiamenco and others:
Now Professor Matthew Sears and his raving lynch mob are going after my friend Professor Ricardo Duchesne. Anyone who dissents from the multicultural orthodoxy is a dangerous white supremacist.
Professor Duchesne was one of my favourite professors a few years ago when I attended UNBSJ. I attended a lot of his classes solely because he was the one teaching them. Everything he told us in class was backed up by facts & legit sources, and not just his personal opinions.
This article is nothing more than a hit piece designed to ruin Dr. Duchesne's reputation and career.
