We are so much more than we are told we are ....
we are remembering...
we are ageless ..
We can do this dance for a long time ..
you and I ..
the suppressors and the listless minions
the dreamers awaken.....
we can dance in this muffled avoidance
but only for so long..
then one day the flood gates will overflow
with possibility and understanding
and desire
your power will be over
your time will have passed
I await that day with solemn anticipation
as a mother awaits the birth of her pride & joy...
and when that day comes I will nod and smile
and I will remember those who were
willing to listen
to care
to help
to put aside petty egos & borgmind thinking
maybe it won't take so long
maybe those Gen Z are alright
maybe they'll leave you breatheless
as they smash your programming..
to really do something of value to make
to share to advance to boldly aspire to
become...
true lovers of liberty..
its all right there for them ..
to blaze unimagined trails for
their future..
we were.. as you well know ...
supposed to be at the Jetsons by now..
