Faith Goldy, Intermittent Fasting: Transformational Technique | Cynthia Thurlow



A very sensible weight loss technique - thanks to Cynthia & to Faith Goldy - great tip!  You'll need to focus on yourself, be mindful of your food desires, set a goal, choose an 'eating window' such as eating only between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, or 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm, or 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm to start with, and then just stick with that goal.. its a simple discipline.. but you can achieve results and you can do this with just your own willpower.. try it. Love yourself and be healthy! Walk, water, free air, self love xo
