Mr. Obama [ obama.org ] is coming to Halifax Nova Scotia in November 2019 for a 'co - op' conference with Scotia Bank .. start ups, and co-ops are their radical third way communitarian economy.. transformation tools/PPP public private partnerships, cronyism, community social entrepreneurs, etc.
