Council adopts an economic development incentive program for commercial, industrial and multiple unit residential development as presented at the Special Meeting on March 2, 2020.

Council gives first reading in name only to By-Law No. 262a, A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 262, a By-Law to Regulate Street Traffic – which would remove 2-hour parking on Saturdays and statutory holidays.
Council approves work to remove and install new dugouts and a backstop at the Chester Cole Memorial Field to Dean Welling and Son Ltd., in the amount of $23,925.22 hst included.

Council authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign and seal an extension agreement of the existing contract with Liberty Utilities (Gas New Brunswick) formerly Enbridge Gas until August 31, 2020.
Council authorizes the Treasurer to issue and sell to the New Brunswick Municipal Finance Corporation a debenture for $340,000 relating to refinancing for the water tower (2010) and borrowing related to 2019 Utility Capital Budget.
