The functional definition of the word diversity in the West today, as it pertains to ethnic & racial demographics, is "fewer white people". This is corroborated by the fact that the phrase "lack of diversity" is only ever applied by the occupational governments and media institutions of the West to cities, regions and institutions where there is a white majority. The diversity morality functions to ensure that whites, although comprising less than ten percent of the global population and a decreasing demographic share in the countries where they are for now still a majority, can only ever be viewed as too numerous, never too few, whereas non-whites can only ever be viewed as too few, never too numerous.
Although a 99% black majority is technically just as racially uniform (lacking in diversity) as a 99% white majority, only the latter is taken to represent a lack of diversity, never the former. In fact, the black super-majority is taken to represent a high level of diversity since it contains few or no white people.
So if we follow the logic of this superimposed "diversity as strength" corporate morality through to its logical end, we arrive at some rather disturbing, but nevertheless irrefutable, conclusions:
Firstly, when they tell you that "diversity is a strength" what they really mean is "fewer white people is a strength". They can't come out & say this directly otherwise their genocidal plans will be laid bare. Malevolence must always masquerade as moral crusading & dress itself in the language of benevolence in order to be effective.
Secondly, there is to be no end to diversity. Maximum diversity is the greatest strength of all & a group which is maximally diverse is a group with zero white people.
So when you hear the words "diversity" as it applies to demographics, replace this with the words "fewer white people". Understand then that what our corporate, occupational overlords are seeking is fewer white people, & ultimately, no white people at all. Does this qualify as genocidal intent? Let us take a look at the United Nation's definition of genocide.
According to the UN, to be classified as genocide, one or more of the following criteria must apply:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; . . .
This definition of genocide is much broader than outright mass murder. In particular, points (c) & (d) are consistent with characterising policies that destroy a group slowly, over long periods of time, as genocidal as well. So genocide comes in two forms, which we can call fast, hot genocide & slow, cold genocide. White extinction falls into the latter category.
The diversity agenda is therefore an agenda of white genocide.
