Social Justice Harms Higher Education--David Millard Haskell

Correction Note: In the last minute of the video the comment is made that "in neither Canada nor the US is there empirical evidence to justify the claims of overarching systemic racism"; however, racism, at the level of individual thought & action does exist, AND, in that regard "Canadians are, as a population, less racist than Americans." THE CONCLUDING CLAIM ABOUT DIFFERENCES IN RACIST ATTITUDES OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE US & CANADA WAS OFFHANDED AND NOT BASED ON ADEQUATE RESEARCH; IN FACT, IN TERMS OF RACIST ATTITUDES IN THE GENERAL POPULATION, SOME STUDIES SHOW THE OPPOSITE MAY BE TRUE. Further, survey research shows that in neither country are racist attitudes more than a small, minority, fringe phenomenon. In this speech deliver in the spring of 2020, David Millard Haskell (professor at Wilfrid Laurier University) explains how the ideology of social justice uses discrimination and censorship to achieve its goals.

Recent example.. 'race based' hiring at NB Media Co-Op..
