I will assume this man in the video below is the father of CBC influencer Ian Hanomansing ..

Ian was born in 1961 in Port of Spain. Ian's Dad goes by the name 'Harvey'... Ian used the name "Ian Harvey" early on his career... the family came here as immigrants from Trinidad & Tobago .. Ian's son is also a retired teacher... its a family of chattering class...
