A messy open pit that looks like shit... so what happens here with this space in the future is anybody's guess... for now its the #1
Downtown Sackville eye-sore.
Building was torn down after a fire destroyed some of the apartments on the backside.
Possible outcome for this space:
The Royal Bank of Canada purchases the lot and re-develops their space to include an apartment building - perhaps with artist lofts - that would be able to house families and others struggling to find downtown "affordable low-rent accommodations" . . . that would be a good corporate gift to give back to the Town from the Banksters who now appear to have everything... thanks to the re-distribution of wealth scheme known as U.N. Agenda 2030.... it will require a creative architect to design something here that is attractive, useful and modern... but its not impossible. I know a local group is looking for some solutions @

It was good to see a lively and cheerful patio scene downtown again on Bridge Street last night.
