Just by walking an hour or more everyday you will improve your health, your sleep, and your overall mental outlook -- so just get moving if you're needing a 'boost' walk twice a day or three times!
Sackville is a great place to be active -- leave your cell phone at home, look around, observe the beauty, talk to people, breathe deeply and enjoy yourself -- I was glad to see them bring back the message of ParticipACTION that we had drilled into us as youngsters in Canada growing up--
