Mayor Shawn Mesheau doing his usual photo ops with another flag event at the Town Palace Hall..
Meanwhile, someone talks sense on Facebook here:
Shawn Mitten
"A rent cap is just going to squeeze out, average joe landlord that has an extra property or two and resides in the community. When the interest rates rise he’ll have to sell it to the big holding companies and investors like sunset.
I have never seen a society so hell bent on destroying themselves to appease the wealthy. The underlying factors behind are being caused by the federal government. If you can see how the Irving’s corrupted NB in a short time, surely you must realize that it’s all corrupt?"
Of Course Shawn Mitten is correct....
we don't create more builders and capable workers and more skilled doers anymore how can we expect to provide any new housing in the future?
Shop class in Northern Ontario in 2013:
this table was built by a Grade 9 student.
Does New Brunswick create these skilled students? No.. they don't... they put students in schools to make them dumber.. less skilled.. less capable.. less confident.. and demoralized.. this is criminal behaviour by 'management'.
The local highschool here removed their shop class and put in a pond scum study club instead.. this is called stupidity... and its painful to witness to be honest.
When I went to school we were taught real skills for real life and learned practical skills that would make us capable in this life... this is how you prevent the mess we are in now.
