Instead of more density and smartgrowth boxes for the locals how about these designs Lafford? Re-think your visioning for this town - make a change to a refreshing departure from the usual. There are so many reasons to reject 'smartgrowth'... now.
Real neighbourhoods being created for real people.. not chicken coops... something to think about.
This man John Lafford should never have been allowed to create so much ugliness in a small area right in the downtown core....
Let his slew of buildings stand as a reminder of what not to do in the future when developing the Town of Tantramar... lest we ever forget.
