Lori Bickford, planner boss lady, let's us know about a rezoning application for Lafford's property across from the Swan Pond 131 Main Street...
height requirements R3, rezone the back portion of the property, currently zoned residential, commercial, historic, wants to put in a new property on the property which will be a six story 71 unit apartment building... should be successful, they never say no to John Lafford.. he is providing homes here.
