Only a corrupt fascist would push for this RAMSAR U.N. "Wetlands City" designation without any public consultations or conducting their due diligence. Why were Ron Kelly Spurles' actions not more closely scrutinized or questioned here?

Why did Niagara reject this "Wetland City" U.N. designation? Ask the questions that are needed.
The Town did not do their "due diligence" on this and Ron Kelly Spurles is to blame and should be fired for his negligent, corrupt, incompetent actions.
Smug Ron Kelly Spurles is an incompetent, unethical, and corrupt Tourism Manager and has been able to take thousands of dollars from the Town Hall for his wife's "sewing club" [surely the very well paid tenured Mount Allison University Professor Patricia Kelly Spurles does not need the Town's cash?] and their local "Live Bait" Theatre project... why? How does Ron continually access more government funds each year for various other pet projects without any scrutiny or accountability?
An audit of Ron's many years of money-grabbing should be conducted by a neutral party and a public reporting should be provided on him in 2023.
We must have zero tolerance for corruption here.
