Annual Meeting The Progressive Conservative Party of New Brunswick will hold its Annual Meeting on October 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at Delta Fredericton, 225 Woodstock Road, Fredericton.  The meeting is hosted by co-chairs Tanya Cloutier and Erika Hachey. The Annual Meeting is open to all current PCNB members “Members” who register before 4:30pm on October 20, 2025, and pay the registration fee of $99 The process for submissions of proposed constitutional amendments “Amendments” can be done by any Party Member (see below).

Assemblée annuelle Le Parti progressiste-conservateur du Nouveau-Brunswick tiendra son Assemblée annuelle le 25 octobre 2025, à 9 heures, au Delta Fredericton, 225 ch Woodstock, Fredericton.  La réunion est organisée par les coprésidents Tanya Cloutier et Erika Hachey. L'assemblée annuelle est ouverte à tous les membres actuels du PCNB qui s'inscrivent avant 16h30 le 20 octobre 2025 et paient les frais d'inscription de 99 $. Le processus de soumission des propositions d'amendements constitutionnels « Amendements » peut être effectué par tout membre du Parti (voir ci-dessous).

Process to Submit Proposed Constitutional Amendments (Individual Members) Any individual Member may submit an Amendment using the attached form: “Constitutional Amendment Form - Formulaire d'amendement constitutionnel” Submissions must be sent to Chris McMorrow by email to info@pcnb.ca before 4:30 p.m., September 25, 2025. All Individual Member submissions will be forwarded to the Constitutional Revision Committee (CRC). The CRC will review Amendments by September 28, 2025, and determine which Amendments are “in-order”. The CRC will present all in-order Amendments to RDA Presidents for review and potential support by September 29, 2025. Each RDA President will hold a meeting (can be virtual or in person) to decide whether the RDA will support or not support each individual Amendment. RDAs will submit their results to Chris McMorrow by email to info@pcnb.ca by 4:30pm on October 11, 2025. Amendments that have net positive support of five (5) RDAs will be presented at the Annual Meeting for those present to vote on; For example, if ten (10) ridings support an Amendment and four (4) ridings oppose it, it WILL go to the Annual Meeting, as it has a net positive of six (6); If ten (10) ridings support an Amendment and six (6) ridings oppose it, it WILL NOT go to the Annual Meeting, as it has a net positive of four (4). The final list of Amendments to be presented at the Annual Meeting will be published October 20, 2025.
