Boil Water Advisory – Effective October 24, 2025
Effective: Until further notice
Reason: Water break on Quarry Lane in the early hours of October 24, 2025Residents in the affected area are advised to:
• Boil all water for at least 1 minute before drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or preparing food and infant formula.
• Tap water is safe for showering and bathing — but avoid swallowing it.
• Discard ice made from tap water and empty your ice maker.
• Laundry and dishwashing (by hand in hot soapy water or dishwasher) are safe.
• Most filters do not remove bacteria — water should still be boiled before use.
You may notice discoloured water or air in your plumbing. Run cold water until it clears.
Testing will continue over the next 72 hours to ensure water quality meets safety standards.An update will be issued once the advisory is lifted.
