Notice for Matt Pryde Town Hall Worker for Over a Decade.. What Tennis Courts SHOULD look like.. FYI

 As Matt Pryde appears to have no supervision and doesn't answer to the public I figured I'd let him know by public notice that he's doing a lousy job.. how hard is it to keep our only set of tennis courts looking good?  Apparently, its too much to ask of Matt Pryde, long time well paid town staffer.
