Sabine Dietz: "None of us gets any money out of this." Imagine that? 68 housing units but no one is getting paid - seems like a really strange idea huh?
Hopefully, no one begins to dig the land and soils up and discovers there are indigenous bones on their unceded lands... its happens .. here:

Sabine Dietz says that she needs money for her "non-profit housing" adventures with Eric T. King.. well dear me Sabine you know that the community has your back and we all wish you the best.. building housing is expensive today.. Dietz admits she cannot do this project without grants [free money] but there are projects happening in the region that are not "community" builds seeking grants [free money].. and to be perfectly honest if your eco-group are more special and you feel you deserve lots of free money to build the housing project maybe your model is a flawed one after all? GoFundMe is also a site people use to get money for their projects given to them.. and GiveSendGo.
Traditionally, the people building "eco-villages" do so with their own money collectively and that seems to work really well for them.. shows integrity... letting government give away millions to people building co-ops seems like government picking winners and losers.. there are no shortage of people who want to build homes but there seem to be a lot of stumbling blocks and interference by government in making sure housing is abundant.. why would that be?
