KNOW THESE NAMES: The P*rnhub/MindGeek crime scene C-suite and higher execs until 2022 were Feras Antoon, Bernd Bergmair (majority shareholder), David Tassillo, Karim El Marazi, Eddy Di Santo, Frank Mancina, and Anthony Penhale.
Bernd, Feras and David resigned last year amid the pressure of being exposed for profiting from mass sexual crime. They then sold the distressed company to a hastily concocted private equity firm based in the British Virgin Islands with offices in Canada, laughably called “Ethical Capital Partners”
CTO, Frank Mancina resigned in 2021 after the New York Times exposed P*rnhub for mass sexual crime in late 2020. Frank now works for a man named Dujko Radovnikovic who owns the hosting company for the P*rnhub crime scene, Reflected Networks based in Massachusetts. (MindGeek paid Reflected Networks $23,600,000 to host MindGeek’s sites in 2022 alone)
Today the executives are Solomon Friedman, Fady Monsour, Rocco Meliambro, Karim El Marazi, Eddy Di Santo, Anthony Penhale, Derek Ogden, Sarah Bain, and Mike Cosic.
They are all trying to keep the money and financiers behind the company hidden from the public, however it’s likely that Feras, David and Bernd have moved behind the scenes in an owner-finance arrangement with other money involved.
It is important to know that a number of the VPs and executives running the company today have been there for many years including Karim, Eddy, Anthony, Matthew Kilicci, Alan Abou-Atme, and others.
They recently changed the name from MindGeek to Aylo because MindGeek was so toxic. It’s a whitewashing attempt.
Shut down P*rnhub and hold its executives accountable to the full extent of the law.
