Mayor and council have elected Josh Goguen as Deputy Mayor.
Mr. Ferguson [centre] has achieved "Official tree planter for Tantramar" status after applying for and receiving a large grant from FCM to add more "forest" to the region. Odd priorities. As always..
The meeting ran for two hours.. Professor Patricia Kelly Spurles [above] ducked out early after her husband tourism/business/playwright/climate activist/unceded Ron Kelly Spurles declared he was "Indigenous" and read many pages where he explained his many job duties to a curious Shelley Chase.. she is the mastermind behind "Levee on the Lake" events.. this year's "Levee" will take place September 10-13, 2026 more here at their website: Levee on the Lake
