"Century Initiative" is a non-profit well funded charity.. as you can imagine.. but how will they get there? Immigration. Lots and lots of immigration.. and family reunification.. foreigner young folks moving in to boost the birth rate....

Of note David Campbell of Moncton is a man with a vested interest in immigration growth with his jupia.ca organization.. so that's the narrative he will want to sell & shape.. isn't it? Don Mills in Halifax is from Quebec and tries to pass himself off as a Maritimer and an optimistic change agent.
Why wouldn't policy wonks [such as Lisa Lalande] try to promote the idea of growing our families, and encouraging larger child birth rates by existing Canadian mothers and fathers receiving incentives [tax breaks, benefits] to help with the nation building using big strong families.. which is what grew Canada in the first place... just seems logical. Help the existing Canadians to thrive and be able to afford to have more babies.. imagine that?
