Hospitality Vancouver Association member and Cabana Nightclub owner Dave Kershaw explains why his organization is calling for the immediate closure of three SROs in a two-block strip of Granville Street. Kershaw says conditions have deteriorated so much that the area is actively dangerous.
SROs are single room-occupancy hotels.
