The Canadian government is ethnically cleansing European Canadians.
The Canadian government has an official policy in place called "employment equity", which is, to put it simply, a mandate that make it illegal for a place of employment to hire too many White Canadians. This mandate currently only applies to employment in the public sector, but it has been unoficially adopted as a guiding principle by the human resources departments of many businesses and corporations as part of their ongoing commitment to diversity.
More and more, certain parties in Canada are beginning to demand that quasi-legal policies be put in place that mandate the enforcement of diversity in the employment decisions made by private businesses, with a notable example being a recent attempt by Ontario's Law Society of Upper Canada to force legal professionals to commit to diversifying their private businesses.
Remember, that within the context of ethnicity, diversity is defined as a reduced proportion of White people in a given population segment.
Let us examine the definition of the term "ethnic cleansing":
"Ethnic cleansing is the systematic forced removal of ethnic or racial groups from a given territory by a more powerful ethnic group, often with the intent of making it ethnically homogeneous. At its core, ethnic cleansing is the removal of one ethnic group from a territory, usually replacing it with another ethnic group. The term does not necessarily imply extreme violence such as genocidal butchery, as the term usually brings to mind, but can also be carried out using forces such as migration and coercion.
If a ruling government mandates by law the removal of one ethnic group, that mandate is necessarily and ultimately carried out by the threat of violence as a coercive measure. Any sanctions by the government on an individual or organization for failing to comply are enforced with violence, including monetary fines (e.g. incarceration and/or removal of property by force for refusal to pay). Even if the ethnic group being removed from the territory complies with the demand for its removal and no violence is applied by the governmental authority, it does not change the fact that the enforcement of the government's mandate is backed up by the capability of the police and armed forces to carry out violence if necessary.
As such, the government mandating that White Canadians must be systematically removed from (and barred from entering) the workforce and from positions in government is a form of ethnic cleansing. While it is true that this argument would be very tenuous if all that was being demanded was for one or two non-Europeans to be hired at a company, the reality is that the demand for European Canadians to be reduced in proportion in society is being done against a backdrop of mass immigration that is actively rendering White Canadians a minority racial group.
The demand for "diversity" to be enforced is nothing more, by definition, than a demand for the forcible reduction in proportion of White people in a given population segment. Such a demand, in combination with massive, never-ending non-White immigration, is nothing less than a demand for White Canadians to be systematically, by threat of violence, marginalized and removed from Canadian society.
It is a criminal act of the highest order.
