Not long after Trump was elected the first time, HBC went private. It was bought by a consortium of buyers called Ruperts of the Vine, connections to Luxembourg, Ontario Teachers Pension, others. But what is fascinating, in 1982 when the Constitution Act was brought forward, Quebec did not sign onto to it, they voluntary participate in Confederation, resulting in the Constitution Act of 1982 never being ratified, the Queens conditions not being satisfied. Was all this done to keep the country under the Hudson Bay Charter which is the oldest corporation in the world, 1672. This charter allows a company to carry on business like a country. Global Affairs has been sending hundreds of billions off shore for years to secrecy jurisdictions, is Ottawa basically just a manager for private owners in Europe and all the humanitarian funding for carbon, gender, climate, etc..just a hoax to skim off the Canadian people?
