"treat land as a public good" meaning land is not to be held by individuals but by groups for the 'greater good' .. its almost as though there is an agenda .. perhaps it has a name.... Agenda 2030 - United Nations Sustainable Development Global Governance - the end of private property .. the start of the collectivists' reign.
Locally a group is already working on some of these sort of projects to gather lands into protected and restricted trusts -- but you probably already knew that.
