Its very 'progressive' and transformational work... as they're ideologically anti-capitalism... and little by little they're helpfully "transforming" your local economy ... to the 'new economy... its government-sanctioned cronyism and its funded.
Read up on communitarianism... I call it the elephant shitting in your livingroom.
