How The Strange World of Jive Talk Took Over Journalism With Erica Butler

 Shit Erica says online:

Erica Butler on Twitter: "Oof. Moncton city council chooses sprawl. Wonder how much this will end up costing successive generations? https://t.co/Dg7RfbbF5e" / Twitter

Here's my take for the little propagandist who already blocked me last year on her Twitter:

"Sprawl" is a term which is an anti-people offensive and here is why.  It prefers "smart"growth which would have people packed in high density as an answer to a problem that does not exist.  There is no 'sprawl' in a massive nation such as Canada Erica.  There is so much land you could never ever fill it all with people, homes, farms, businesses and ranches.

Here's a little story for your thirsty ears...

In 2013 our family attempted to purchase a family member's home in northern Ontario situated on 160 acres.  The property ran along a road and had lots of access and opportunity to be subdivided into perhaps 10 lots of 16 acres each to provide money to us to build a new home and affordable land for those people who were seeking to build their dream homes just minutes from the nearest small town but were told by a grumpy Township 'Reeve' ie. rural Mayor that they didn't want "sprawl".... he himself lived on a large acreage farm not too far away.  So we decided not to purchase the property, returned here to life in Sackville New Brunswick.  Limiting the use of land by landowners/homeowners is the Agenda of the United Nations.... building homes on land that is a generous sized lot [10 to 16 acres] was heavily frowned upon by "planners" ... why?  What did the government want us as landowners to do?  Create a subdivision... why?  Don't expect to be applauded for promoting "smart"growth when the obvious outcome is such an ugly, horrendous and density-filled "habitat" for people.  Oof indeed.

Royal orders from the dead queen ? Why are these land-use restrictions even in place?
