Housing Crisis? Housing Opportunity? Who decides on this language? All depends on who you talk to.

Tantramar Landowners Association has always advocated for the rights and betterment of homeowners and private property in Tantramar.. since 2015 .. this is the voice that Andrew Black, current Mayor of Tantramar and trained facilitator Julia Feltham, local change agent, do not wish to boost in fact they work actively against this advocacy and that's unfortunate for everyone.

Only promoting the housing "cooperatives and nonprofits" is a limited hangout for those who still believe in the security of and the dream of home ownership. Personally, I don't like the straitjacket world these people all promote.. its not my style.

Some of the young adults attending at the "housing sessions" led by Black and Feltham et al were given pamphlets for the Libertarian Party of New Brunswick which was formed by leader Keith Tays, a man who pours foundations for a living [working class] back in 2024 - website at lpnb.ca - president of the party of Francois Provost.
