A window seat with a view downtown Sackville New Brunswick.. the building is no longer there.. a fire destroyed the historic section of Bridge Street.. the empty lot has been purchased but no information on what development may be built there [next to the Royal Bank of Canada]. Perhaps a tall seven story apartment building with a commercial / retail business underneath? Time will tell as Tantramar University City goes through the "densification" process .. its never dull around here.. is it?
