Over the weekend, Councillor Greg Martin was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal on February 21, 2025, in Dieppe, NB.

This prestigious honor is awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their community, with only 35 recipients selected from the entire Beauséjour riding.

Greg Martin was the first "acclaimed" Town Councillor to represent Aulac in our newly formed "Tantramar" for local politics... he's now retired from political life..

In a post on social media, Dominic LeBlanc said his riding was “full of extraordinary people” and that he “had the pleasure of recognizing the remarkable contributions of 35 citizens of our region” with the awarding of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.

According to the government of Canada website, candidates for the medal “have made a significant contribution to Canada or to a particular province, territory, region or community of Canada, or have made an outstanding achievement abroad that brings credit to Canada.”
