Wealthy Crown asset Dominic Leblanc is the "deep state" in Canada.

His annual paycheques combined would fund a terrific concrete skate park for the youth in Tantramar.  Money is being subverted to politicians that belongs to the people for our greater good.  The corruption here stinks to high heaven.
