I don't think you'd like to live in 400 sq. ft. living space so why are you advocating for such a demoralizing lifestyle for others? Why are you advocating densification? Who is offering to do this tiny homes construction work? How is a non-profit organization "Shelter Well" funded, organized?
Just leave the building of new homes to the free market capitalists operating in the marketplace to determine and to design and to construct... calling a veritable dog shed a "cottage" is misleading advertising.. not good work.
