What is the management of Sackville New Brunswick actually doing?

Call 1-800-249-2020... for a recorded message that says they don't give a shit about your business and your prosperity... they're just enjoying a break from dealing with the public...  Sackville was "Cultural Capital of Canada" in 2008.  But today its under new and oppressive management ~~ Sackville has become a mini state of the United Nations.... and its really not so much fun at this point... is it?
