"Gabrielle Goguen needed to find a new place to work.

She enjoyed running her tailoring business out of her home, but started finding it too easy to focus on things that weren’t running her business. And never mind the need to keep things immaculate for clients coming to the house for fittings and consultations.

But her search for commercial space was more difficult than she anticipated.

“ I looked for about six months, and I couldn’t find anything that sort of both fit the budget and the aesthetic that I was looking for. And when I reached out to John Lafford about the York building downtown, he was like, “Well, that’s already full, but I have this space next to a flower shop I think could work really well for you.”

But there was a problem—the building has three floors, with no way to separate them, so it was take all three, or take the basement."

Alysse Green was addressing the Mayor and Town Councillors in March 2026 meeting regarding the unacceptable delay of an elevator installation at the ice rink [due solely to Matt Pryde Parks & Rec and Andrew Black's incompetence] shown above - watch at this link on the Tantramar Youtube channel here:

Andrew "Stolen Lands" Black on Facebook posts:

Former Deputy Mayor Estabrooks and I have had conversations over the last year with the groups involved in this project. I am over joyed to share this important press release about a proposed renewable energy project happening right here in Tantramar. "

"Land and Stewardship

The project is proposed to be developed west of Colville Village, alongside Cookville Road, on the unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Mi’kmaq people. Existing transmission infrastructure in the area makes Cookville a strong location to deliver clean, renewable electricity."

Whose land is this land anyway? Do you have any rights if your government has declared the supremacy of natives' land rights here? Please discuss.

As for these forced and problematic native "land acknowledgements" I can tell that it will not go well for the cowardly "whitey in Tantramar" in the future and here is why:

Michael Higgins: She heckled a land acknowledgement. Child services were sent after her

Andrew "Stolen Lands" Black is not to be trusted and should not be re-elected here.

More on "Inclusion Canada": Our Work | Inclusion Canada

More here on Wiki:  Inclusion Canada - Wikipedia

"Inclusion Canada, formerly the Canadian Association for Community Living, is a non-profit organization founded in 1958[1] to assist in training and socialization of people with intellectual disabilities, then known as Mental Retardation."

"The organization rebranded from the "Canadian Association for Community Living" to Inclusion Canada on September 14, 2020.[14]

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization received a $416,883 grant from the Public Health Agency of Canada's Immunization Partnership Fund to increase uptake of COVID-19 vaccines among people with intellectual disabilities and their families.[15]"

On the "Rebrand of 2020" here:  Inclusion Canada Rebrand

"September 14, 2020

We believe in a Canada where people with an intellectual disability are equally valued and fully included in every aspect of community life.

We also believe our name should reflect this vision.

For decades, the Canadian Association for Community Living (CACL) has worked to build an inclusive Canada – a Canada where everyone belongs. We are the national leading voice on the issues facing people with an intellectual disability and their families, and the principles of inclusion.

Today marks an exciting milestone for us that has been in the works for quite some time. Today, we formally adopt the name Inclusion Canada as we continue to advocate for a truly diverse and inclusive society that benefits us all.

As Inclusion Canada, our name aligns with our international federation, Inclusion International, and with the growing number of our provincial and territorial member organizations that have already changed their name or are considering doing so.

Our new name reflects the heart of our mission. We’d like to take this opportunity to share more about the evolution of Inclusion Canada and why we exist today."

Robin Acton, President
Krista Carr, CEO

Jody Carr & Krista Carr ought to be audited and soon as both of them are clearly and very obviously involved in some seriously corrupt activities here in New Brunswick grifting many millions $$$ and a forensic audit would bring to light that which is being kept in the dark at this point in time... I don't believe anyone else is busting up these frauds in New Brunswick.

I was in touch with MLA Jody Carr back in 2011 about the problem with their weekly sodium fluoride oral rinse in our schools for 5-10 yr olds since 1979 but he never did follow up with me on this issue... not surprisingly.  Do you think he took the rinse?

Also of note Jody Carr "blocked" me on X.. so what could he be hiding from?

Duper's delight Jody Carr & Krista Carr CEO / "Grifters in New Brunswick" are getting away with it!  Time to reach out to USA fraud buster Nick Shirley..

More here with "passionate" Krista Carr:

"Not the end of the fight

While the changes are welcome, advocates say there's more that can be improved to make life easier for Canadians with disabilities.

Krista Carr, CEO of Inclusion Canada, said in a statement that while there were some positive aspects to the reforms, "a real commitment from government to reduce the high levels of poverty experienced by persons with disabilities was notably absent."

At present, people who qualify for provincial disability benefits are not automatically approved for certification at the federal level, and advocates want that changed."
