The invisible enemy - a virus - COULD be lurking in the University library so they now require you to book a time and they will give you a place to sit for a few hours and study... I cannot recognize this campus culture other than to imagine this must be how it felt in other totalitarian countries in the past.
Its very sad to witness after living here for 10 years. I feel nothing but sad for the students.
Anyone who promotes this system of fear-based management is an accomplice in tyranny.
