What Would A Small House Such As This Sell For in Sackville New Brunswick? The Rise of the Anti-Smartgrowth Agenda

Any guesses what a single family home such as the one shown below would sell for?

$200,000?

$250,000?

$300,000?

$350,000?

$400,000?

Is the above accommodation more desirable than an apartment rental?  If our government helps to funds the development and construction of apartment buildings why don't they also help to ensure some diversity of housing and see that their funding includes these smaller single family homes with incentives, subsidies, support for builders who are creating housing that is more desirable?

Discuss amongst yourselves the next time you hear government minions talking about their need to build "housing" and be curious about "what types of housing" and don't accept that only apartments are the "solution to housing shortages".  Having a small garden is essential to mental health and wellbeing... and privacy is also a good thing.

Should the Town of Tantramar place a moratorium [two year pause?] on building more 'smart'growth apartment buildings and focus only the much-needed development of its housing stock of single family homes and duplexes and four-plex houses instead? Would this "moratorium" on 'smart'growth be a good way to change the direction the Town is currently going?  Would this create more jobs here?

Here are more home designs that are appealing:

Surely I can't be the only one who thinks that 'smart'growth is not something we should be aspiring to in our beautiful rural town?

Will common sense prevail here?

Who is 'driving' this Agenda?

Some clues are at this video on Rumble here:

One last thing:

Why is the United Nations focussed so closely on our town the only designated "Wetland City" in North America [U.N. RAMSAR accreditation]? What is it about this historic old place? Why do they fly the United Nations flag here? No one seems to question this "allegiance" here yet.
