Despite massive amounts of 'funding', support, boosting and promotion this housing project seems to be dragging out a long time... why is that?
Completion: Winter 2028 on rural 10 acre parcel of land at 106 Fairfield Road, Sackville, N.B.
Why are some housing builds "celebrated" so much? Other work is quietly going on around town to house people but the "eco village" model seems be over-amplified and overly-generously funded.
