Hi everyone, I have a moderator goal to educate everyone on the local businesses and community activities that are going on in Tantramar area and SE New Brunswick area so we all get to know about the services and activities available in our area. If you have a small business or activity you would like to promote please let me know or just PM me. I will be posting jobs in South East NB and Amherst providing they are close enough for daily travel form the Tantramar area. I am trying to keep the subject matter to local issues as much as possible unless its a major event or national emergency."

Interestingly, Bonnie Swift claimed to know nothing about this blog when I spoke with her after her election loss last year, despite the fact her husband Will Kriski had his video work about "Privatize Canada Post" shared here in 2018 where he commented his thanks for sharing [he has since deleted/hidden the video he had created].

Since losing her bid for Mayor of the Town of Tantramar Bonnie Swift has dedicated her time and energies to a Facebook page administration role:

Fake accounts can now be traced to their owners...I have been removing not only these fake accounts used by trolls but I am also blocking their other accounts, yes even their real ones. Keeping this site safe for all.
So, if you don't want to be posted as the troll of the month on here, don't use fake accounts. Rude people who go out of their way to troll others are also being removed, fake or not...I am also blocking the trolling gangs. When I see 5 to 10 of the same people attacking in packs on one member repeatedly this is bullying. I am done with that nonsense. On here it's the cancel culture that gets cancelled."

p.s. Bonnie isn't far right but she is an outspoken, empathetic, unapologetic, confident, wise and a mature woman who has been financially successful in her career life.. and that's always upsetting for the 'cult' that runs this town's 'media' based out of the university.. they who control the media outlets here with an iron fist. Maybe they should stick to running their successful charity/university and leave the rest of the residents alone for a while...
Don't let the haters get you down Bonnie... free speech and only more uncomfortable speech will help others to understand and learn so go ahead and engage in uncomfortable conversations that will keep our society 'open'... remember the old adage: "sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never hurt me"...thanks Bonnie for jumping into the 'mix'.

Will the shitstorm incited by Bruce Wark's article interfere with her run for Mayor? Time will tell.
On another note the attacks have been kind of backfiring. I got this today form a young man. "I'm getting you votes. I'll get you at least 40 or 50 people that have never voted before to vote for you. I am sick of the attack mobs."

"I received this comment from the young vet that I hugged last night when everyone was just watching his lengthy angry outburst on how vets have been treated in this country. I all I could do was feel his pain. He suffers from PTSD and was he was severely injured while fighting for his country. This is what he said about my hug.
