"Community Grants Funding" discussions... but no specifics of who is receiving the free money, not enough time to speak on the many grifters taking money for their special projects around here.
Deputy Mayor Greg Martin requests some information on the grants application process as a newcomer to the world of free money give-aways.
Councillor Bruce Phinney questions the process and Matt Pryde points out how its possible that Tourism guy Ronnie Kelly Spurles gets to double-dip on the gravy train for his town hall job and for his funded theatre groups who grift money from the Town at The Live Bait Theatre and Performer's Theatre. [ Ronnie is the guy in the room still wearing his face muzzle ]
Councillor Michael Tower is happy the community gardens is being helped out because food insecurity is a major problem ... [out of touch as ever - at least he has stopped wearing his face muzzle..]

Lord George Sackville, also known as Lord George Germain, was born in 1716 and spent the early part of his life serving in the British army. The Seven Years War, which broke out in 1756, was fought in both North America and Europe. In this conflict, Sackville achieved a fame of sorts at the Battle of Minden, August 1, 1759. Minden is located on the Weiser River in present day Germany. During the battle, despite repeated orders, Sackville refused to send his cavalry regiments into the field. This lack of participation led directly to an indecisive result. A subsequent court-martial pronounced Sackville guilty of disobedience and declared that he was
